Baci Cupcakes

Serves 4


  • 8 Baci® Perugina®
  • 170g butter
  • 140g caster sugar
  • 140g flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of whipped cream


  • Finely chop the Baci® Perugina® and place in a bowl.
  • Add the butter and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave.
  • Once off the heat (or out of the microwave) add the sugar, flour and the eggs. Mix well
  • Add the baking powder and mix.
  • Pour into 4 cupcake paper moulds.
  • Cook at 160°C for 30 minutes.
  • Once cooled, decorate with a generous lashing of whipped cream!
