MAXIBACI with Raspberries...

It may look complicated, but this recipe is extremely simple yet incredibly decadent. Perfect for date night...

Ingredients

  • 4 Baci Perugina
  • 120g dark chocolate
  • 4 chocolate brownies (feel free to cheat & use store bought)
  • 120ml heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp. blueberry jam (or your favourite flavour jam)
  • 1 tbsp. of sugar
  • Raspberries

 

 Directions

  1. Heat up the cream in a double boiler with the sugar and dark chocolate. Remove from the stove when a silky-smooth texture is obtained
  2. After covering the brownie squares with your favourite jam, pour chocolate mixture on top and smooth out the surface with a spoon if necessary
  3. Place a Baci Perugina on each square accompanied by as many raspberries as you can fit!
