'Sealed with a Kiss' Baci Cocktail Recipe

 

If anyone deserves a cocktail, it’s Mum! Shake her up this luscious yet simple Baci inspired cocktail this Mother’s Day.

INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml Baileys
  • 20ml Frangelico
  • 20ml Creme de Cacao
  • 20ml pure cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 Baci chocolate, finely grated
  • 1 Baci chocolate, cut in half

Combine Baileys, Frangelico, Creme de Cacao, cream, vanilla extract & ice in a blender and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass. Sprinkle the whole top with a layer of grated Baci and serve with a halved Baci on top.
