Greek Style Oven Baked Oregano Chips with Feta
INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Cut the potatoes into thick chips, approximately 1.5-2cm in width. Place the cut potatoes into a large bowl with the olive oil, salt and oregano. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to the baking tray, spreading them out into a single layer. Cook in the over for 30 minutes. Take them out and turn them over, return to the oven for a further 30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
  4. Place them on a plate and sprinkle generously with crumbled Fetta, extra salt and oregano. Serve immediately.
