• Pancakes with Baci®

The ultimate way to celebrate Pancake Day! Elevate your pancakes and your morning with the new, irresistibly luscious Baci® Perugina® Chocolate Spread.

For 8 Servings

Ingredients: 
250g whole milk
200g flour 00
2 whole eggs
50g sugar
40g butter + to grease the pan
10g baking powder
a pinch of salt

Method:
In a large bowl, pour in the eggs, sugar and a pinch of salt and mix well with a whisk, add the milk and continue to whisk.

Sift together the flour and baking powder. Add to the milk mixture, whisking to avoid any lumps. Finally add the warm melted butter and stir again.

Grease the surface of a non-stick frying pan with a small piece of butter and place it on the stove top. When it's hot pour a ladle of pancake mixture in the center of the pan in order to obtain a pancake about 1cm thick. Cook over medium heat, as soon as you see that the edges lift and rise, flip and cook the other side.

When ready, place the pancakes on a plate and repeat the steps until all the mixture is used. Serve pancakes warm, liberally spread with Baci® Chocolate Spread and crushed hazelnuts.
