Ravifruit & Mayers Fine Food are proud to present Jordi Bordas in Australia!

Thanks to Jordi’s insatiable curiosity and motivation to innovate and revolutionise the pastry sector, he has dedicated himself to researching and investigating complex technological aspects of pastry, which he now calls the B-Concept method.

Jordi will be teaching various techniques over 5 different recipes, in each time slot. All time slots are the same demonstration, please RSVP to one only.
