Ingredients4 packs Ocean King Fish Cakes with Vegetables / 520g1 kg of root vegetables of choice i.e. carrots, parsnips, beets or sweet potatoesOlive oil 4 garlic pressed or finely mincedMaldon Sea Salt and pepper
MethodPan fry the Fish Cakes for 5 minutes on each side on medium-high heat until they are crispy.Preheat oven to 200°C. Place baking paper on a large baking sheet. Peel, wash and dry your selected vegetables and cut in to similar sizes. Place vegetables on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and olive oil. Roast the vegetables in the oven at 200°C on the middle rack for 15 minutes. Turn and roast additional 15 minutes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper before serving or other herbs of choice.
Serve with your favorite mixed salad and Ocean King Tartare Sauce.
