• Fish Cakes with Butter Carrots

A delicious way to serve the new Ocean King Fish Cakes!

Serves 4

Ingredients
4 packs of Ocean King Fish Cakes with Vegetables / 520g
1 kg carrots, washed and peeled
50g Lurpak butter
4 garlic cloves, minced 
3 tablespoons honey
Maldon Sea Salt and pepper

Method
Pan Fry the Fish Cakes for 5 minutes on each side on medium-high heat until they are crispy.
Butter Roasted Carrots: Trimming the ends of the carrots and cut in to thirds. Melt butter in a pan at medium heat and add honey and minced garlic. Place carrots in the pan and cook for 10-15 minutes at low heat. Sprinkle with Maldon Sea salt, pepper and herbs of choice.
Serve with your favorite green salad.
