Treat yourself using the Salted Caramel and Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookie recipes posted earlier on our blog, to create a nostalgic dessert that’s greater than the sum of its parts.

Ingredients & Instructions

• 1 small ripe banana, cut in half lengthwise. Place this on either side of a shallow bowl
• A few scoops of your favourite Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1-2 Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookies (click for recipe), broken into bitesize chunks
• 1 Tablespoon of Salted Caramel (click for recipe), warmed for 5 seconds in the microwave
• 1 Tablespoon of salted roasted peanuts, to sprinkle on top
