• Grana Padano & Pepe Spaghetti

It's the simplest of dishes, created using the finest ingredients, that are often the most satisfying to eat! Dinner in under 15 minutes using only 6 ingredients - you'll soon have our Grana Padano e Pepe Spaghetti on repeat!

Method
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the boiling water and add the pasta. Cook until just al dente. Just before draining the pasta, scoop out 1 & 1/2 cups of starchy water and set aside.
  2. While pasta is cooking, add oil and cracked pepper to a large frypan and toast for 3 minutes on medium heat.
  3. Add 1 cup of pasta water and butter to the pan and then add cooked pasta. Toss pasta until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Remove frypan from heat and slowly add the Grana Padano, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce coats the pasta (add more pasta water if sauce seems dry).
  5. Twist the pasta into large swirls and divide among bowls. 
  6. Top with extra Grana Padano.
