Mayers Fine Food wants to send you to the newest Chocolate Academy, located on the iconic island of Manhattan, NEW YORK CITY.
You could win yourself a spot in the 2024 course schedule at the world famous Chocolate Academy’s newest premises. Hosting highly trained guest chef’s and run by resident chef Nicoll Notter.
Situated between Chelsea and West Village, just footsteps away from more than 200 art galleries, the famous Chelsea Market hosting upscale food purveyors, restaurants and shops in the Meatpacking district and a short drive for views of the Statue of Liberty.
To be in the running:
Create an inspired dessert (using Callebaut or Cacao Barry couverture) during September 2023 to November 2023, mentioning the brand & couverture on your menu for the duration of the competition period. Publish your creation on a public web platform tagging @fmayerimports @chocolateacademynyc and @callebautoz or @cacaobarryoz.

Additional Competition Information:
• Purchases of Callebaut and Cacao Barry couverture can be from any distributor in Australia
• Ensure that inspired creation mentions the brand and type of couverture, and is added to your menu within the competition period. Example: Callebaut ‘811’ Chocolate Croissant, Cacao Barry ‘Alunga’ passionfruit entremet etc.
• Inspired creation can range across dessert, patisserie counter item, ice cream or chocolate creation. Must use a couverture product within entry.
• Publish your creation on a public web platform and tag @fmayerimports & @callebautoz or @cacaobarryoz
• Fill out entry forms with all required information and submit during competition period to takemetonyc@mayers.com.au
• Entries will only be accepted between 01/09/23 to 24/11/23.
• There is no limit to number of entries, however, each entry must be available/published on your menu and a public web platform.
• Promotion open to professionals in the industry only, located in Australia.
• Open to NSW, QLD, VIC, WA only.
