Method:

1. Warm half of the Arla Pro Whip & Cook Cream and dissolve the illy Intenso Instant Coffee in it
2. Pour over the Van Houten White Compound and Heilala Vanilla Paste. Emulsify until smooth
3. Add to Arla Pro Frost & Bake, remaining Arla Pro Whip & Cook Cream, and mix with an electric mixer fitted with a paddle attachment to desired texture
4. Pipe or pour, layering with Mulino Bianco Pavesini soaked in additional illy Intenso Instant coffee
5. Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder
