Chocolate Chunk Cookies with Van Houten Chocolate

Ingredients
230g Lurpak butter, cold
200g brown sugar
175g caster sugar
2 eggs
500g flour
Large pinch of Maldon Sea Salt
15g baking powder
1.5g baking soda
300g chocolate, mixed, Van Houten Professional

Method
1. Mix butter and sugar until just combined. Add eggs in 3 parts and mix until combined. Add all dry ingredients and mix till just combined. Add the chocolate and mix 
2. Weigh 55g per cookie and roll into ball and flatten slightly. Add additional chocolate on top and store in fridge overnight or for 1-2 hours
3. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes
