Ingredients230g Lurpak butter, cold200g brown sugar175g caster sugar2 eggs500g flourLarge pinch of Maldon Sea Salt15g baking powder1.5g baking soda300g chocolate, mixed, Van Houten Professional
Method1. Mix butter and sugar until just combined. Add eggs in 3 parts and mix until combined. Add all dry ingredients and mix till just combined. Add the chocolate and mix 2. Weigh 55g per cookie and roll into ball and flatten slightly. Add additional chocolate on top and store in fridge overnight or for 1-2 hours3. Bake at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes
